California consumers can exercise their privacy rights by:

- Contacting us through your account settings
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing requests through:
- Account authentication for registered users
- Identity verification for non-account holders
- Additional verification for sensitive requests
Response Timeframes
We aim to respond to privacy requests promptly:
- Initial Response: Within 10 business days
- Complete Response: Within 45 days (extendable to 90 days if complex)
- Deletion Requests: Processed within 30 days when possible
- Urgent Security Requests: Within 24-48 hours
Our Data Practices
Jaby adheres to privacy-by-design principles:
- No Sale: We do not sell personal information
- Limited Sharing: We share data only as necessary for service provision
- Consent: We obtain consent for data uses beyond service provision
- Retention Limits: We retain data only as long as necessary
